This work explores the meaning of the planets in astrology through a comprehensive "astro-logical" framework built on dual analysis. The astronomical order of the planets is interpreted as a growth process called the "Solar Tide"—a system encompassing ten major evolutionary stages common to all organisms, living and non-living alike. The meaning of each planet is then examined across multiple dimensions: physical, psychological, and transpersonal. This ten-stage evolutionary process is overlaid with the symbolic structure of the solar system itself, revealing the most profound similarities and differences among the ten planetary functions. These insights have led the author to propose a new organizational model for the planets based on a ternary structure: identity planets, separative planets, and inclusive planets. The model is then examined in relation to traditional classifications.
